GMP training that works on Monday morning
For 35 years, PCS has been the GMP training partner pharma and biotech professionals come back to. Courses are delivered by senior consultants who advise manufacturers on real GMP issues, so you learn what good practice looks like and what auditors actually flag.
For Pharma & Biotech
Practical GMP, taught by people who do it for a living
Every PCS GMP course is built and delivered by senior consultants who spend the rest of their week advising pharma and biotech manufacturers. They know what the guidelines say, where companies actually struggle to apply them, and what inspectors zero in on. Course material is refreshed continuously to track changes to EU GMP, ICH, PIC/S and FDA expectations.
What can you learn?
Our GMP catalogue covers the full range, from your first day on the floor through to Qualified Person responsibilities: operator training, deviations and CAPA, change control, data integrity, quality systems, sterile and aseptic manufacturing, and more. Pick the format that fits: classroom, eLearning, or in-house at your site.
Courses are pitched at three levels so you land in the right room:
- Beginner. For newcomers to pharma or biotech. No prior GMP knowledge needed, you will leave with the vocabulary, the framework, and a clear picture of how GMP shapes your day-to-day work.
- Intermediate. For QA officers, team leads and experienced operators who already know the basics. Goes deeper into deviations, change control, supplier qualification and the topics that come up when you are running the process, not just learning about it.
- Professional. For QA managers, RPs, QPs in training and senior operations staff who need to stay current with regulatory shifts and the harder edge cases. Annual GMP Update sits at this level.

Classroom GMP training: open registration
Our classroom GMP courses run in the Utrecht area, year-round. Course length depends on the subject, from a half-day deep dive through to a five-day certification track. Register as an individual; you do not need your company to book the whole class.
Groups are kept small (typically 7 to 25 seats) so you can actually ask the trainer about your own situation, and the workshops have room to bite.
Each day is led by senior PCS trainers, with guest lecturers from industry and the regulator where the topic calls for it. The pattern is consistent: short blocks of theory, then a workshop, then time to question it against your own work.
What is included in a classroom GMP course:
- Lunch (for training sessions longer than half a day)
- Pen, workbook, course materials and tools
- Coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks
- A PCS Academy certificate of participation, proof for employers and inspectors
- We will send a PDF copy of the slides afterwards
Every participant leaves with a certificate they can show to current or future employers and to inspectors as evidence of training on the subject.

In-house GMP training
Have more than five colleagues who need the same training? It is usually faster and cheaper to bring us in. Our trainers come to your site, and most in-house sessions run for a day.
The format is the same as our classroom courses, short theory blocks alternating with workshops, but the cases are yours. Real deviations, real products, real layouts. We tailor the agenda during a prep call before the session.
Interested? Get in touch and we will book a short intake call to talk through your goals, audience and timing, then come back with a draft programme and a quote.

GMP eLearning
Need a focused refresher on a single GMP topic without taking a day out? An eLearning module is built for that. Run through it from your desk, at your pace.
Each module runs about 60 to 90 minutes and covers one subject in depth, for example, 'What is GMP?', 'Data integrity' or 'Quality systems for GMP'.
Video, narration and interactive exercises are woven through each module, with quizzes along the way to make the material stick. Most modules are available in both English and Dutch.
Finish the modules and pass the closing quiz and you earn a certificate of participation, useful for your training file and for inspectors who want to see proof.
Try the eLearning first
Want to see what the modules feel like before you buy? Run through the demo. Ready to enrol? Pay through the website (iDEAL, credit card or bank transfer) and you will receive an access code by email straight after.
