GMP Training
PCS develops and organizes training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We develop our GMP training courses with quality and practicality in mind. Our trainers have extensive theoretical and practical experience in the field of GMP, and communicate this clearly. Each training is carefully made and always updated to reflect the latest regulatory updates.
Which GMP training courses does PCS offer?
PCS offers a wide range of GMP training courses that can be organized as a seminar, eLearning or in-house and cover a wide range of topics from operator training to quality culture implementation. We provide in-house training, seminars and online courses.
The GMP training courses are divided into three levels;
- Beginner. Beginner level training is designed for newcomers to the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Your current level of GMP knowledge could be low or even zero to be able to attend a beginner level GMP training.
- Intermediate. Our intermediate level training offers experienced individuals in pharma & biotech an opportunity to build on their existing knowledge in GMP. Your current experience and skill level in GMP should be at least at a beginner level to attend training at this level.
- Professional. The professional level GMP training allows experienced industry professionals to enhance or refresh their knowledge on GMP. These courses build upon existing knowledge.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Open-enrolment GMP training
Our open-enrolment GMP courses are held in Belgium and the Netherlands, and are on an open enrolment basis. A GMP open-enrolment training is divided into a number of training days; ranging from half a day to 5 days.
There are on average between 7 and 25 seats available per training. We organize our GMP training in smaller groups so that we can guarantee interactivity.
On the course days, lessons are given by various experts from the GMP industry and regulations. Theory is always alternated with workshops, open questions and other interactive elements.
The following are included in an open-enrolment GMP training:
- Lunch (for training sessions longer than half a day)
- Pen, workbook, course materials and tools
- Coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks
- A GMP certificate of participation
- We will send a PDF copy of the slides afterwards
After the GMP training, the participants will receive a certificate of participation. This allows you to demonstrate to regulatory authorities, but also (future) employers that you are sufficiently trained in a certain subject.

In-house GMP training
Do you want to follow a GMP training with more than 5 colleagues? In-house GMP training is your best choice. These in-house courses take place at your manufacturing site or offices. When a large group needs to be trained, in-house training is a cost-effective solution. On average, an in-house training has a duration of one day.
The structure of an in-house training is very similar to that of an open-enrollment training, and is delivered by an experienced GMP trainer. The big difference with an open-enrollment training; the participants are all from the same company, so we can focus on certain issues, challenges or cases that you bring up as a company.

This way we can offer you the best GMP training. This is followed by a quote for review or approval. The offer includes a draft program that has been compiled on the basis of the intake.

GMP eLearning
Are you looking for a short GMP training on a specific topic? A training that you can follow from home or office? Then a GMP eLearning is the right training for you.
During these short eLearnings, of approximately 60-90 minutes, we will cover a specific topic. Such as; 'What is GMP?', 'Data integrity' and 'Quality systems for GMP'.
The eLearning consists of an interactive interface, in which video, sound and interactive elements are combined. Take quizzes, for example. Our eLearning is mostly bilingual (English and Dutch).
Each eLearning is concluded with a short quiz in which knowledge about the content is tested. If the participant has completed all mandatory parts and has successfully completed the quiz, the participant will receive a certificate of participation.
